- Extreme Weather Arrangements:
- If Hong Kong Observatory announces the issuance of the Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, the event will be suspended 2 hours prior to the issuance.
- If the event is in progress and the Hong Kong Observatory announces the issuance of the No. 8 Gale Signal within 2 hours, the event will be immediately suspended until the signal is lifted.
- If the signal is lifted before 3 PM, depending on the actual situation, the event will be resumed as soon as possible within 2 hours.
- If the signal is lifted after 3 PM, the event will be canceled for that day.
