Founded in 2011, German artist collective TAPE THAT began with a refreshingly simple yet bold idea: using tape instead of paint as a medium for artistic expression. Since then, the group has brought its vibrant vision to life in over 40 countries, creating everything from expansive installations to striking murals—each infused with the distinct styles of its artists.
Founded the Tape Art Convention - an international platform for artist exchangeTAPE THAT actively promotes 'Tape Art' and launched the global 'Tape Art' platform – Tape Art Convention – in 2016 to foster its development and collaboration. The third Tape Art Convention in 2022 brought together over 30 artists from 11 countries and attracted more than 10,000 visitors, elevating 'Tape Art' to new heights.
