¹Electronic spending includes credit cards, EPS, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, BoC Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, QuickPass, Tap & Go, Faster Payment System (FPS) Payme, OpenRice pay, or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap.584). ²MTR Mobile Members are required to register with the machine printed sales receipts (each receipt representing a single transaction) and corresponding electronic payment slip (if applicable) or screencap of the electronic payment transaction within thirty (30) days from date of the Eligible Transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) or before 11:59pm, 31 October 2026 (whichever is earlier) and earn the “MTR Points” successfully.  Each eligible receipt can be gained the lucky draw chance ONCE. The final draw will take place on 4 November 2026  at 4PM.

1. PopCorn “Octofun Instant Win” is held by MTR Corporation Limited (香港鐵路有限公司).

2. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as member with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eCoupon.

3. MTR Mobile Members must allow MTR Mobile App to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).

4. Each MTR Mobile Member is entitled to earn a maximum of 5 lucky draw chances for this program during the promotion period. Members are required to register single electronic spending of HK$800 or above and or screencap of the electronic payment transaction within thirty (30) days from date of the Eligible Transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) or before 11:59PM, 31 October 2026 (whichever is earlier) Upon successfully assigned the instant win lucky draw chance, MTR Mobile registered user must complete the lucky draw manually by following the steps mentioned above before 4:00 PM on the next day, otherwise the system will automatically proceed the draw. 5. The reward must be redeemed in MTR Mobile app or designated merchant before the specified expiration date.

6. All gifts are randomly picked out and immediately shown on the lucky draw page. Participants will need to follow the instructions to redeem the gift at the MTR Mobile App.

This eCoupon is not applicable to any transactions made by online payment via third-party platforms. 11. PopCorn - STAR Cinema valued HK$50 eVoucher can be used as HK$50 off upon purchase of movie tickets at PopCorn - STAR Cinema (Shop F24-26, 1/F, PopCorn 1) on or before 15 November 2026. Only one eVoucher may be used per transaction. Expired voucher is not accepted. This eVoucher is only available from 9am to 11pm during the validity period.

12. PopCorn - SKECHERS valued HK$100 eCoupon (Spend HK$500 save HK$100) is only applicable to SKECHERS at PopCorn (Shop F06, L1, PopCorn 1) for HK$100 discount upon net spending (deducted all eVouchers / Cash Vouchers) of HK$500 or above. This coupon can be used for purchasing regular-priced items only and can be used in conjunction with shop promotions and member privileges, except specific coupons. This coupon is not resalable, redeemable, exchangeable, refundable for cash and no changes can be given. This eCoupon is valid until 15 Nov 2026 (Expired eCoupon is not accepted).  A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. 14. The LOHAS - LOHAS Rink Skating Ticket valued HK$150 eCoupon can be used at LOHAS Rink at The LOHAS (L2, 206-210), the user is entitled to enjoy HK$150 discount on Skating Ticket when purchasing two skating admission tickets. This eCoupon can be used once only and is valid until 15 Nov 2026 (shall be invalid after the Expiry Date).  A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time.  This eCoupon is applicable for all days  and during all sessions,  except on designated blackout dates, special event days and restricted periods. This eCoupon is only applicable for purchasing  selected regular priced items. This eCoupon is not applicable to selected brands, socks, no-discount items and concession counters. This eCoupon is valid until 15 Nov 2026.  Expired eCoupon will not be accepted.  A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time. PopCorn – Catalog Regular Price Product valued HK$100 eCoupon (Spend HK$500 save HK$100) is only applicable to PopCorn – Catalog  (Shop F49, L1, PopCorn 1) for HK$100 discount upon net spending (deducted all eVouchers / Cash Vouchers) of HK$500 or above. This eCoupon is only applicable for purchasing regular price items. This eCoupon is valid until 15 Nov 2026.  Expired eCoupon will not be accepted.  A max of 1 eCoupon can be used each time. Different types and values of eCoupon cannot be used at the same time.

18. The photos published on event promotion is for reference only.

19. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, other goods or services in any circumstances.

20. MTR Malls will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers or software incompatibility problems that caused customers cannot enter the lucky draw page or MTR Mobile App to join the event.

21. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile Member. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eVoucher/eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. PopCorn and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. PopCorn also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. PopCorn shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.

22. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of “MTR Point Scheme” and “MTR Malls eVoucher”, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 23. In case of any disputes, the decision of PopCorn management office shall be final.

24. The conclusion statement of this Lucky Draw will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 6 November 2026.

25. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
